Teresa T. Mercado, DDS
At Balentine Plaza Dental Care, Dr. Teresa Mercado works with patients
in three critical areas of dental care: Discovery, Design, and
Development.
The questions are: What is your current state of
dental health? What do you want your dental health to be? And how will
we get there?
First, Dr. Mercado helps you with Discovery, a complete examination to
determine your dental needs. Next, she will Design a plan that supports
these needs. Lastly, she provides strategies to Develop and reach your
dental goals.
To help patients achieve their goals, Dr. Mercado
will focus on three factors: Knowledge, Trust and Relationship.
Providing patients with knowledge is a primary focus. With this
knowledge, patients are empowered to identify and change areas that may
be creating discomfort. Once patients become knowledgeable about their
dental needs, this relationship of trust will be created. Her compassion
and commitment support the transformation of patients who want to feel
good about their healthier and more confident smile.
